Frequently asked questions
  • Can vendors choose their own spot?

Unfortunately, vendors are not able to select their own space. Vendor placement is pre-assigned to ensure safety, smooth traffic flow, and overall event organization. Vendors will be informed of their exact assigned location the morning of the event during check-in.

To help everyone feel prepared, a Zoom meeting will be held prior to the event to review logistics, setup details, arrival times, and answer any questions.

  • Vendor Application

All vendor payments are processed through Square. Vendors must complete both the application and payment to be considered complete. Once payment is submitted, you will receive a receipt from Square confirming your payment, and we will also receive confirmation.

After your application and payment are received, additional information regarding your vendor space and event details will be sent to you.

For further questions or payment assistance, please contact celebrationjuneteenth@yahoo.com or call 619-208- or 619-788-2898.

  • Do vendors need to bring their own tents, tables, or chairs?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any support needed for setup. Vendors will be permitted to unload on the sidewalk only. Items may not be brought into the park until your designated setup time to ensure safety and smooth event operations.
